We are looking for four (4) Models for each of the U.S regions (Eastern, Central, Mountain and Pacific).

Hot4hire Model/TV Host

We are currently seeking experience Model/TV Host for Eastern, Central, Mountain and Pacific regions of the States.

You will model for our Hot4hire site and also host your own employment show where you’ll walk job seekers and employers through our products & services and encourage viewers to purchase Hot4hire featured solutions.

Essential Job Functions

• Perform modeling base on Hot4hire desired goals, including up-selling and special events.
• Support, educate and recommend Hot4hire featured solutions to job seekers and employers. 
• Keep current and up to date knowledge of changing trends & developments in the employment industry.
• Give undivided attention to the job seekers and employers at the job fairs. 
• Approach job seekers and employers consistently to recommend Hot4hire featured solutions.
• Consistently interviewing and questioning job seekers and employers about employment industry.

Skills Required 

• Excellent customer service and people skills.
• Communicating and educating job seekers and employers about Hot4hire.
• Excellent selling, questioning and interviewing skills.
• Employment industry savvy and well connected.
• Serve as Hot4hire brand ambassador to the job seeker & company and have an understanding of all Hot4hire products and services - the features, advantages, and benefits and have the ability to guide job seekers and employers to show products to meet their needs.
