Hot4hire.com, LLC is seeking Vice President of Sales & Marketing in the U.S. region. 


SUMMARY:

Ensure success of the U.S. region by selecting, developing and motivating high caliber Regional Directors of Sales & Marketing.  Provide general management and direct all business functions including development and final distribution of all products & services to drive profitable top-line sales growth.  Report to the Global Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and will be responsible for the sales performance and growth in profitability in the U.S. region.    


QUALIFICATIONS:·       

  • MBA or equivalent experience       
  • A minimum of 15 years experience in a sales environment with a minimum of 7 years of progressive sales management experience in a multi-level and multi-location environment.·        
  • Ability to analyze market conditions and provide strategic direction to maximize profitability.
  • Proven ability to build and retain high performance sales management, sales and service teams.·  
  • Proven record of success growing revenues and profits, while reducing costs.·       
  • Excellent planning, organizational and leadership skills.·       
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and general business skills.·       
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills with the ability to make senior level presentations.·      
  • Demonstrate an ability to self-motivate, work in teams, and be flexible within a fast-paced and changing environment.·       
  • Proven track record of success working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies. ·       
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel, e-mail systems, Internet social media usage. ·       
  • Ability to travel 50%+, regionally.  Various means of travel will be required, including travel by air. 


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Foster, promote and support the corporate culture by building a positive team environment throughout the division which is focused on results and maximizing profits.
  • Ensure optimum performance of staff and client relationships by working directly with staff in the field.  This will include client visits, ride alongs, ongoing coaching and meetings.
  • Working with sales staff in the region to assure that products  and services are marketed and introduced in accordance with planned objectives and within company policies to obtain maximum profitability.
  • Through the development and maintenance of staffing models and succession plans, ensure that the region is maximizing the talents of the human resources in their region.  Monitor and direct management staff to stay focused on achieving key priorities on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Continually evaluate the timely adjustment of marketing strategies and plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions.
  • Continually and proactively demonstrate strong leadership acumen and excellent managerial skills in recruiting, selecting, training, motivating, reviewing, coaching, developing, and retaining a high performance sales and customer service team.
  • Develop revenue, expense, staffing and profit budgets to maximize profit growth and reduce costs. Continually monitor and analyze budgets, review strategy and objectives, and formulate plans to ensure success.
  • Work collaboratively with senior management team and peers to implement vision and strategy of company in accordance with the corporate culture and mission.  Assist in the development of objectives, policies and programs to coordinate and manage the sales and marketing efforts of the company and ensure optimum revenue growth.
  • Ensure that all promotional programs (i.e. One for the Community) are supported and executed in a timely manner in designated markets.  Oversee the development and promotion of partnerships with merchants and fundraising organizations with media, sports organizations and corporate partners in the One for the Community campaign.
  • Develop bi-directional communication modes within the region to keep sales and service teams informed of the strategic and tactical direction of the company. Facilitate the communication from field personnel to headquarters to ensure optimal open streams of communication.
  • Conduct timely and accurate employee performance audits and evaluations.  Proactively address performance issues on a continual basis throughout the year.
  • Ensure all company policies and guidelines, as set forth in the Corporate Human Resources Policy manual, are followed.
