Since 1999 I have been working diligently on Hot4hire's project. Hot4hire's vision was based on the idea of having an online social network community for job seekers, career management assistants, recruiters, account managers, and employers.

Members can instantly network, post jobs, search jobs, share unlimited photos and videos, blog their experiences and opinions, and join live interactive discussion forums.

Hot4hire has been idle the last ten years due to lack of the right technologies and resources.

Now it's possible because I am able to integrated all the technologies together. Most of all there are many advance technologies available at low cost and a variety of famous social network sites including Facebook, Myspace, Twitter, and employment sites such as: Monster, Hotjobs and Careerbuilder. The success of those social networks and employment sites has a big impact on my motivation to keep moving forward and make Hot4hire a reality.

Actually to be perfectly honest with you, Facebook and Monster technologies are a few steps ahead of us. However, Hot4hire features & functionality will definitely meet and exceed our members expectations. We are constantly looking for more advance technologies at a lower cost.
